Delta Cogeneration Power Plant (DCP) Project
Ludan participated in the Delta Cogeneration Power Plant (DCP) project, which was designed to provide electricity and steam to BRC facilities near Antwerp, Belgium.
The power plant is based on a combination of gas turbines with heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs), alongside a central steam system including a boiler, a water cooling system with silent cooling towers, a steam heat exchanger, pressure regulation stations, connected piping, and an advanced control system.
Project Phases:
✅ Phase 1 – Installation and operation of the auxiliary boiler system to provide direct steam to BRC.
✅ Phase 2 – Full installation of the remaining systems to complete the cogeneration plant, including electricity, mechanics, civil engineering, control, and monitoring systems.
Through advanced design and the use of innovative technologies, DCP enables efficient, reliable, and cost-effective energy supply, ensuring compliance with strict safety and operational standards.
