Soil Remediation at Former Industrial Site for Future Construction

Ludan led the soil remediation process at a former industrial site, utilizing advanced technologies for soil and groundwater treatment, preparing the site for future construction.

The project was carried out in three main phases, incorporating innovative solutions for removing volatile contaminants and improving the quality of the soil and groundwater.

Project Scope:

Phase 1 – Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE)
Supply and installation of advanced systems to treat volatile soil contamination, using Bioventing technology to enhance natural biological degradation processes.

Phase 2 – Soil Survey
Conducting drilling, soil sampling, and contaminant analysis, followed by preparing detailed reports for regulatory authorities.

Phase 3 – Groundwater Treatment
Supply and installation of groundwater treatment systems, aimed at restoring water reservoirs and preventing contaminant spread.

Through extensive experience in environmental remediation, Ludan successfully returned the land to its proper condition, making it suitable for real estate development, while adhering to strict standards and applying innovative environmental technologies.
