Ludan Leads the Planning, Procurement, and Construction of Carmel Winery’s New Facility in Alon Tabor

Ludan spearheaded the management of planning, procurement, and construction for Carmel Winery’s new state-of-the-art facility in Alon Tabor—a groundbreaking project in the Israeli wine industry.

As part of this project, the historic winery was relocated from Rishon LeZion to a cutting-edge facility in Alon Tabor, with a total investment of $23 million. The new winery is equipped with advanced systems for grape reception, wine production, storage in a modern tank system, and bottling—all in accordance with advanced production processes and optimal product quality standards.

Project Scope:

Engineering Design & Project Management (EPCM) – Process design and full project implementation.
Design of Wine Reception & Storage Systems – Including plant layout, civil engineering, and pipeline design.
Construction & Commissioning – Supervision of the construction process and system commissioning.

The transition to the new winery has enabled Carmel Winery to expand production capacity, enhance processing efficiency, and deliver high-quality products through advanced manufacturing methods.
