Lodan acquires 100% of Harari Consulting Engineers, specializing in the design of air conditioning systems and offers, for the first time in Israel, full management and design services for building systems – MEP

• About two years ago, Lodan acquired the Bar-Akiva company, specializing in the field of electrical design, and then the A. Yoshua company, which designs plumbing systems.
• The acquisition complements Lodan’s capabilities in the design of building systems in “civil” projects such as residential buildings, office buildings, hospitals, shopping centers, etc.

Lodan Engineering continues to expand its activities and completes its third acquisition, within about two years, of a company in the field of building systems:
Lodan Engineering reports the signing of an agreement to acquire the controlling interest in Yoshua Engineers (55%). Lodan expects that this acquisition will advance the group towards a goal that includes a complete project management and planning solution that includes engineering design capabilities for water systems alongside engineering design capabilities for electrical systems for a wide range of projects in the Israeli market. In addition, Lodan has received an option to acquire full ownership of Yosha Engineers.
Harari Engineers is a company specializing in the design and engineering of air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems. The company was established in 1987 and is currently part of the MEP division of the Lodan Group.
The company has a professional team of approximately 20 employees – engineers, engineers, drafters and professionals in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration. Each member of the team brings with him extensive experience and specialization in his field, which allows us to lead the field of system design in Israel.
Omri Harel, Business Development Manager of the Lodan Group, said: “This is actually the third phase out of five phases that make up the establishment of a new activity under the MEP (Mechanical, Engineering, Piping) engineering sector that will establish our status as a company offering a One Stop Shop for all civil, industrial and public infrastructure planning services with a competitive advantage and an advantage of scale. Such a structure is very popular in the United States and European countries, and we expect that this area will become a growth engine for Lodan in the coming years. In order to complete the puzzle, the group will establish a unit that will specialize in coordinating building systems and develop its capabilities in the field of BIM management.”
