Willem Pronk will be the new CEO of KH Engineering, LUDAN Group’s subsidiary in Holland. He will succeed Frans Jansen, who is stepping down at his own request on 1 January 2018. After ten years as CEO, Frans will continue to play an advisory role at the holding for innovation and acquisition.
Following his nomination, Willem referred to the future KH challenges: “… our markets are becoming more dynamic and demanding… Our clients increasingly turn to KH Engineering with more conceptual issues and the complete preparation and supervision of industrial projects. These vary from technological advice to supervising complete long-term programmes.”
